The heart of Proclivity's solution is its Consumer Behavior Bank®. The bank actively collects, mines and stores data from all third-party sources you make available to us. For example, as a consumer interacts with your website - clicking on objects, searching for information, enlarging a picture, placing an item in a shopping cart, making a purchase, or any of a vast and continuous stream of actions - they leave behind a distinct digital trail of interest and intent.
From these interactions, and other measures such as seasonality and economic factors, among others, Proclivity computes a valuation for that consumer - a concrete quantitative measure of their unique worth to you by product at that moment in time -- as well as the forecasted probabilities of what they will buy, and for how much.
