Data Analyst/Client Services

Proclivity enables online retailers to execute revenue-generating, direct marketing campaigns based on their consumer's individual valuations and forecasted willingness to buy. Proclivity accomplishes this by gathering all of a retailer's consumer data into its unique Consumer Behavior Bank®, scoring each consumer and generating individual valuations by product or service.

The retailer's marketers and merchandisers can use this information to easily create and launch highly targeted campaigns through the consumer's preferred channels, with success metrics in excess of 20% revenue lift and 300% ROI. The Proclivity platform helps retailers retain existing customers and acquire new ones.

The Data Analyst serves as the liaison between Proclivity Systems and our clients. They must be experienced technically, with a good understanding of data feeds, file feeds and data integration. They will be involved in the full client lifecycle, from pre-sales to initial client project implementation and integration to ongoing client management and servicing. He or she must be able to understand our clients' businesses, their specific needs and how we can use our system and expertise to best help them achieve their business goals.

The Data Analyst must have a background with marketing and data integration. The candidate must also have a strong background in data analytics, behavioral analytics or business intelligence in the retail or e-commerce marketing space. Strong relationship management skills and experience in technology project implementations are required. The Data Analyst must have excellent communication skills and risk management skills and a proven track record in direct client interaction and client management.
